概要

財団本部のGoIは数多く、地球や超空間の多種多様な箇所から姿を現している。その多くは財団のそれに匹敵するか、場合によってはそれを上回る強大な力を振るう。現時点で、財団本部には36の要注意団体が掲載されている。

- 異常芸術家の集団である - 異常物品や異常存在の入手もしくは作成、またはその両方が可能であり、それらを用いてインスタレーションを制作する - できる限り多くの公衆の前に晒すようにインスタレーションを設置していると言われている - 中心となる指導者や本部は存在せず、慣習や話し合いも非常に乏しく、公式な役職や加入条件も存在しない。メンバーを名乗るのに必要なことは異常芸術を制作する技能のみとしている - 財団に表立って敵対するわけではないが、財団の情報網から逃れようとする傾向にある - 彼らのインスタレーションは何も知らない見物人に危害を加えることで知られるが、当人は見る限り気に留めていないと思われる

協会とは"特別な感受性"を見つけるという共通した目的が存在するため、互いに良い関係を築いている。何人かの所属芸術家が協会に移籍した疑いさえある。しかし、概してAre We Cool Yet?のメンバーは神秘主義にほとんど関心を寄せていない。

AWCY?はドイツ国内にも存在しているが、シュタージの他局を装った第25局から所属メンバーへのアノマリーに関する専門知識を狙った迫害が生じていたことや、社会主義統一党への反感を表するプロパガンダを繰り返し作成していたことを理由に活動を控えめにせざるを得なくなっている。

Are We Cool Yet? is mostly neutral towards the Hive but views its actions towards its more hazardous pieces as unwarranted destruction of good art. Are We Cool Yet?は概ねザ・ハイヴに対して中立の立場を取るが、集団に所属しているより危険な構成員への彼らの行動を優れた芸術を不当に破壊するものとして認識している。

ザ・ハイヴが潜入、スパイ、妨害活動を行うときに発揮する、高度な能力を理由に、インサジェンシーは同団体を高優先度の標的としている。インサジェンシーはそれゆえ、ザ・ハイヴの全メンバーを撲滅しようとする間、少なくとも同団体の目からits more sensible assets(スパイ？) を遠ざけるいくつかの手法は開発していた。

The Chicago Spirit as well as the Chicago Spectre kept some correspondents of the Hive ready as security and in case buisness awaits. Until the Chicago Spectre threw them out or murdered them, because strange things kept happening in their vincinity. For some reason members of this mafia still keep on disappearing, just to then be found again in the ranks of the Hive.
Global Occult Coalition
The Chicago Spirit as well as the Chicago Spectre try to keep themselves hidden from the Global Occult Coalition, but did and still will fight it when push comes to shove, as proven in repeated clashes between the two.
Herman Fuller's Circus of the Disquieting
Spirit defectors were often reported to have "run away to join the Circus".
SAPPHIRE
The Chicago Spirit already traded with the american branch of SAPPHIRE during the 1920's, and sold it weapons and various implements for their schemes.

The Chicago Spirit never interacted with 第25局 and wasn’t aware of it. The Chicago Spectre today still has no knowledge about the Section, but will use or sell its anomalies as it sees fit.
Unusual Incidents Unit
The Spirit has waged criminal warfare against the UIU since their inception, as both groups are on opposite sides of the law. The two still engage in cat-and-mouse chases throughout Three Portlands to this day.

Both groups do not know about each other. However, the paths of Chicago Spectre occasionally cross with the Cabinet when they are in Eurtec.

Church of the Broken God

Cult of the Great Green God
The Mekhanites fought against the Cult in ancient times.
The Daevites
The Church of the Broken God was one of the enemies of the Daevite Civilization in ancient times, and fought many battles against them.
Global Occult Coalition
The Church and the GOC are enemies, due to the GOCs dogma requiring them to destroy or take in anomalies created or worshipped by the followers of Mekhane.
Noonday Oak Troupe
CotBG does not care about NOTE, despite repeated disturbances of the Troupe by it.

The Church of the Broken God views the Hive as some sort of anomaly of the flesh, given that it apparently can get Church members to convert to the Hive. This is seen as corruption by the Church and is subject of an ongoing purge.
Robotic Republic
Despite their similiar goals the Robotic Republic and the Church of the Broken God are divided on technological and philosophical questions.
Sarkic Cults
The Church of the Broken God views the Sarkic Cults since ancient times as its antithesis and will mercilessly attack and kill any Sarkicists they happen to come across.

The Daevites were enemies of the Church of the Broken God in ancient times, leading to many battles.

The Daevites had already vanished when the Hive appeared and therefore had no direct influence upon it.
SAPPHIRE
The Daevites were long gone before SAPPHIRE emerged and therefore did not influence it directly.
Sarkic Cults
The Sarkic Cults were a thorn in the sides of the Daeva, it was their power that allowed some of their slaves to rebel against their masters. The Daeva were therefore antogonistic to the ancient sarkic people.

The Deer College is vary towards the Hive because of its monstrous scientific and also artistic advancements that make them a serious rival. Not helped by the continious, but until now in all cases rejected applications of Hive members for academic chairs in the Deer College.

Doctor Wondertainment

- Is a manufacturer of anomalous objects and entities, most often children's toys - It is unknown if the entity Doctor Wondertainment is a company or a person - "Toys" made by Doctor Wondertainment can be straight up super toys every child would want or downright terrible constructs nobody would dare to play with - The Foundation is mostly an annoyance for Doctor Wondertainment - Given some of their products, they don't care much about the wellbeing of their customers

The Factory is a subcontractor of Doctor Wondertanment and produces materials for his use.
Gamers Against Weed
Doctor Wondertainment filed a lawsuit against Gamers Against Weed for them plagiarizing the Little Misters Series and views them with disdain.

ザ・ハイヴ and Doctor Wondertainment had a buisness relationship that was discontinued when Doctor Wondertainment noted that the Hive was using Wondertainment technology in several of its devices. Since then, it is carrying out a lawsuit for copyright infringement against the Hive.

The Factory

- Mass producer of anomalous items, founded in 1835 - Not much is known about the Factory, since recovered information tends to contradict other information about it - Draw their workforce from the local populace, but workers are stripped of all their rights - Hostile towards the Foundation - To the Factory, money is more important than human wellbeing or life

The Factory keeps itself hidden from the GOC to prevent it from destroying its property.
ザ・ハイヴ
The Factory tried repeatedly to strike buisness deals with the Hive. The collective now stands on its black list because it keeps stealing produced goods as well as work force.
Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd.
The Factory is a subcontractor of Marshall, Carter, and Dark Ltd. and supplies it with products for them to sell further.

The Factory’s presence was severily hampered by 第25局, which, while posing as other Sections, nationalized its property on the GDR and tracked down most of its sites. Driving it out of the GDR repeatedly. After the dissolution of 第25局, the Factory acquired some of its items for research and reproduction purposes.

Fifth Church

- A highly secretive religious organization which possesses ties throughout the entertainment industry - Has many celebrities as its members - Religion is build up around astral symbolism and capable of reality shifts - Never got into contact with the Foundation, so their stance is unclear - The moral of its members is different from the socially accepted norm that endorses harm to non-believers

The Fifthists do not care about NOTE, repeatedly causing disturbances for the Troupe.

The Fith Church is divided about the Hive. Some view it as a nuisance because it occasionally takes away members, others as sign that their believes are right.

The Fifth Church never directly found out about 第25局, but when it imprisoned members of it, the Fithists often used connections in the state apparatus to set them free. Today, despite not knowing about the Section, the Fithists show interest in several 第25局 anomalies.

The Humanist Gentlemen have been placed under an arrest warranty by the Global Occult Coalition, being described as a significant menace to normalcy.

Given that the Korean Serpent's Hand is part of the Serpent's Hand, it is one of the GOC's primary targets.

The GOC is wary of Marshall, Carter, and Dark's financial and political power and keeps conflicts to a minimum unless attacked.

OBSKURA is a well known enemy to the Global Occult Coalition and is the target of several paramilitary operations.
Scarlet Hammer
The GOC keeps tabs on the activity of Scarlet Hammer, but only rarely intervenes.

Despite sharing several viewpoints, both organizations have an unsteady relationship with each other, alternating between allied and hostile.
Korean Serpent’s Hand
Other Serpent's Hands had recognized the Korean Serpent's Hands declaration in 1910 and allowed them access to the Wanderer's Library. The Korean Serpent's Hand built a cooperative system with other Serpent's Hands in order to plan their common values. Especially, they bound up with European Serpent's Hand. Currently, an Irish woman named Morrighan stays with the Korean Serpent's Hand and serves as a liaison between European and Korean Serpent's Hands.
Section XXV
Only after it's disbandment, the Serpent's Hand learned about the full extend of the machinations of the Stasi and was horrified by it. It lists Section XXV as the "The Hidden Oppressors" and regard it with hate for extorting and bribing some of its members. It still handles all anomalies of the Section it gets ahold of like any other.

ザ・ハイヴ is publicly considered a parasite in Corbenic, although no means exist yet to eradicate it in a human mind. Internally, the Initiative views it as a dangerous and growing power threatening the Initiatives supremacy in Corbenic. Standard procedure is to put the infected in glass.
Section XXV
The Initiative meddled in several affairs of the Section and takes the punishments of its members very seriously, even if those have forgotten that they ever were members. Afterwards, they are mostly recruited for research, internal security and infiltrations.
